Our singular, one-off breathwork and nervous system offering. It’s designed for those who want to try the work, need support in the moment, or aren’t ready to commit to a retreat or 4-week program.

Reset Corporate offers one-off sessions or tailored courses designed to bring practical nervous system education, breathwork, and regulation tools into the workplace.

A weekend designed to help you step away, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Our first Reset Retreat is for those who are ready to go deeper, but may not be able to commit to a full 4-week program.

A deeper reset for your nervous system, habits, and everyday life.The 4-Week Reset Program is designed for those who are ready to create lasting change through a combination of online learning, in-person experiences, breathwork, self-tracking, and nervous system regulation tools.
