The Reset story

Biography

After a decade in the corporate world building companies, I knew what it looked like to be “successful” on the outside but internally, I was stressed, anxious, overwhelmed and burnt out.

I tried everything I could find to feel better or but it felt like my mind and body were against me. For a long time, it was debilitating to my life, career and relationships. Then I discovered breathwork, yoga and nervous system regulation, and everything started to make sense. 

I began to understand my thoughts, feelings and behaviours through the lens of my nervous system. I realised I wasn’t broken my body had simply been trying to protect me for years. The stress, anxiety, shutdown, overthinking and exhaustion were not personal failures. They were signals.
 

That discovery changed the direction of my life.

I trained as a breathwork facilitator and nervous system practitioner with some of the best teachers in the field, deepening my understanding of how the body holds stress, how we move between activation and shutdown, and how we can learn to regulate ourselves to get control over our mind and body again. 

I also travelled the world to explore how different cultures understand wellbeing, healing and the relationship between mind and body. What became clear is that so many people are living in survival states without knowing it pushing through, disconnecting, over-functioning, collapsing, or believing they are the problem.

Reset was born from everything I wish I had known earlier.

It exists to help people understand themselves in a different way: not as broken, weak or stuck, but as bodies and nervous systems that have adapted and can learn and unlearn a new way forward.

Mission

Reset helps people understand their mind and body through the nervous system, using breathwork and regulation tools to move out of survival mode and into regulation.
