A deeper reset for your nervous system, habits, and everyday life. The 4-Week Reset Program is designed for those who are ready to create lasting change through a combination of online learning, in-person experiences, breathwork, self-tracking, and nervous system regulation tools. This program gives you the time, structure, and support to better understand your nervous system, identify your triggers, and build the skills needed to regulate yourself in real life whether in relationships, work, health, or everyday stress. How It Works This is a hybrid program combining: * Online neuroeducation around the nervous system * In-person breathwork and integration sessions * 4 breathwork sessions total * 3 group sessions * 1 solo session * Different focus topics across each breathwork session * Guest workshops * Sauna and cold plunge session * Access to our Reset App-based tracking to help you understand your patterns What You’ll Track Through the app, you’ll spend intentional time observing and tracking yourself so you can better understand: * Your window of regulation * Your personal triggers * Your nervous system state * Your emotional and physical reactions * Your patterns under stress * What helps you regulate * What pulls you out of your window of regulation This tracking is a key part of the program. It helps you move from simply learning about your nervous system to actually understanding how it shows up in your day-to-day life.
